IKGND: Development of an innovative PTO drive shaft with control over operation

The purpose of the RRI project is the development of innovative PTO drive shaft with control over operation, which provides greater safety and user satisfaction. The final product will be the C Line series PTO drive shaft as an upgrade for the existing products on the market. One of the key challenges of the project is the development of a new generation safety crutch that will include sensory elements. The task of the crutch will be to inform the user about loads and maintenance procedures, which will be the main innovation of the project. Its use will increase the productivity of the work process and the utilization of motor fuels, which will result in lower costs, and will also increase the safety of the user when handling the device. Project activities will proceed in accordance with the development phases or TRL levels. In this way, constant progress in development and time control of the project will be ensured. The biggest leap will occur in the crossing between the fifth and sixth TRL levels, and in the later levels the emphasis will be mainly on testing and upgrading in adjusted environment. One of the key project activities includes industrial design, which will improve the user experience and increase user satisfaction.
